Yann Lechelle is a full-stack digital entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience in building technology that scales, from real-time trading platforms to cloud infrastructures and open-source ML. Having led Scaleway as CEO, tripled its size to 600 staff and positioned it to rival hyperscalers, he is now co-founder and CEO of Probabl, the company behind scikit-learn. Through ouvertarisme.fr and frameworks such as the digital resilience index (aDRI) and EuroStack, adopted at a European level, he presents digital sovereignty as a strategic imperative: using open technology to reduce dependence and measuring resilience to govern it.
