Justine Sanson is Head of Innovation & GenAI at Kiabi, where she drives the innovation dynamic in line with a key commitment: serving the teams and customers.

With a mixed background in entrepreneurship, startup support and corporate finance, she now structures the company’s Gen AI strategy.

After launching the Gen AI Factory and AI Ambassadors scheme, she set up the LEARN ACT ADVOCATE programme, designed to encourage the use of AI throughout Kiabi. A number of practical applications have since been deployed in our different sectors.

Justine encourages an accessible, responsible and pragmatic view of AI, focusing on human value and tangible benefits.
