Aldrick Zappellini specialises in data governance and artificial intelligence in the financial sector. At Crédit Agricole, he runs Group Data Governance & AI, the Group Data Management Office, Design Authorities Data & AI, as well as the Group DataLab and AI Factory.
His mission consists of accelerating the controlled upscaling of Data and AI applications to benefit the group’s Customer, Human and Societal projects. His approach combines in-depth expertise in the banking and insurance sectors with an innovative vision of digital and data.
Leading teams and driving transformation, he oversees large-scale transversal projects, with a goal of encouraging colleagues to expand their horizons, while steering changes with an impact on business, customers and the company.
He is actively involved in several associations: a board member of the Innovation Makers Alliance (IMA), member of Impact AI and Hub FranceIA, participating in reflections on responsible AI, regional expansion, collective intelligence and strategic autonomy.
